Technology Transactions
Kirin advises technology companies in identifying their intellectual property, developing intellectual property strategies, and licensing and/or acquiring intellectual property. We also negotiate and draft license agreement, development agreement, sales and marketing agreement, and distribution, OEM, and other reseller agreements on behalf of our clients. Kirin regularly counsels start-up and established companies on various aspects of employment law and employer-employee relations. Much effort is spent on providing companies with preventative advice so as to minimize the risk and cost of liability and litigation. Estate Planning

Our commercial litigation experience ranges from business torts (interference and fiduciary duty), fraud, unfair competition, failed joint ventures, to contract disputes. We also have extensive IP litigation experience involving trade secrets, patents, copyrights, and trademarks.
